Pregnancy

Osteopathy is ideal for use in pregnancy, it is a very safe treatment that helps the body adapt to the immense changes which take place over the nine months of pregnancy. Treatment can help to relieve various aches and pains as the mothers' body tries to accommodate the growing baby.

Post pregnancy

After giving birth it is possible to have a check up in order to make sure that the pelvis and low back have returned to their previously comfortable position, sometimes during labour the pelvis and low back can be injured and you may be left in discomfort or with restricted movement which can lead to various symptoms such as difficulty walking, sitting, lying, discomfort when breast feeding, straining on the toilet or during intercourse.

Babies

Osteopathy focuses on the overall health of a baby or child to try to improve motion of fluids, restore balance and improve function. Babies are often seen who present with difficulty feeding, colic type symptoms and poor sleeping.
